New DEC Burning Regulations now in effect
Click here for a new question and answer sheet from the DEC explaining the new open burning regulations. Note that the new regulations clarify open burning rules in towns outside of villages. There is still no open burning allowed inside any village in New York State.
Help Beautify East Nassau!
The East Nassau Village Board passed a resolution naming areas targeted for beautification. The board envisions volunteers coming together to plan landscaping ideas to make our village welcoming.
